What if I need more than one coaching session?

No problem! If you find that you need additional support, you can purchase more coaching sessions or upgrade to one of our ongoing coaching packages that include regular check-ins and more personalized support.

Refunds

Can I cancel my order for an instant download?

Due to the product being an instant download there are no returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.

Do you offer refunds on digital products or coaching services?

Due to the nature of digital products and the customization involved, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads or coaching sessions. However, if you experience any issues, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with you to resolve them.

Returns on physical products

We understand issues may arise with shipping and delivery. Please contact us if your package is lost in the mail and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I’m Unhappy with My Digital Product, Metaverse Onboarding Service, Coaching, or Any Custom Services from Meta Business Academy?

If you’re not satisfied with your digital product, Shopify website design, coaching, metaverse onboarding service, or other custom services, we have processes in place to make things right.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Planners, Templates):

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you encounter issues such as missing files or technical errors, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll offer a corrected version or store credit for future purchases.

2. Custom Shopify Website Design Services:

Design Previews & Revisions: We provide design previews and up to 3 revisions based on your selected package to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product.
Post-Launch Support: If you encounter issues after launch, our support team is available according to the support period included in your package. Additional support or modifications can be purchased as needed.
Escalation Process: If, after working with us, the design still doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll offer one final revision consultation to identify solutions that align with your vision.

3. Metaverse Onboarding Services:

Collaborative Design & Adjustments: Our team works closely with you during the onboarding process to ensure your metaverse environment reflects your brand. One revision round is included in every package.
Extended Support Options: Support varies by package, but additional revisions or post-launch modifications can be purchased if needed.

4. Coaching Services:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If a coaching session does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours of the session. We’ll offer a follow-up session at no extra cost or adjust your coaching plan to better suit your goals.

5. Escalation Process & Resolution Support

If, after revisions or follow-ups, you are still not fully satisfied, we’ll schedule a consultation call with a senior team member to discuss your concerns. We value your feedback and will do everything we can to resolve the issue fairly and transparently.
